Wedding is Tomorrow and Pet Goats

This is no dejavu but the wedding is tomorrow again. It is like 3 am right now, my boyfriend went drinking downtown with his friends without realizing it's not new york,and he could not find a cab who would take him home and he is stuck in downtown. He was walking to the house, which would probably take 2hours from down town, so I had to google taxi companies for him! poor my boyfriend. Well, I think you get fine if you hail a cab in Oregon also, opposite from New York.... Without a car, it is hard to survive here.


I have a lot of photos already but I cannot download them yet. We had a rehearsal dinner tonight, went to rose garden and practiced the ceremony and went to yummy Chinese restaurant for a dinner. After the dinner, we went to Groom's house and worked on bouqets and stuff.... Every time at the wedding I am amazed by how much things you have to organize!

Oregon has been very chilly in morning and at night, it feels like Fall weather. During the day, it is very beautiful and sunny.... The friend I am staying with have a cute puppy and groom's parents have cute puppies, I miss Nico!

The friend I am staing with have a younger sister in Eugene, Oregon and she started keeping "Goats" as pets. She loves animals and she already have dog, rabbits, mice at her house! They live in the wood but Goats! I have never seen pet goats!! She is only 13 years old but made this video about her goats pet.

生・坂本龍一に興奮

NYでは夏にただイベント、ライブやコンサートが多いですが、そのただライブ祭りの一環で、坂本さんが私の働いているビルでパフォーマンスすることが発覚！当日の午後に知ったのですが、同僚が「坂本さん下で普通にリハーサルしてたよ〜」とかいうので、普段そこまでミーハーじゃない私も興奮してかけおりていきました、1階へ。前にもなんかで行ったと思うのですが、私の仕事場のビルではイベントスペースがあって、色々催し物をしています。そこにかけて行くと、、ノーマークの坂本さんとFennesz!!最近彼らはよくコラボしてたんですけど、このコンビで演奏を見れるなんて思っていなかったので感激。最初は、遠くから写真を撮っていたんですけど、余りにも周りにギャラリーもなにもいないので（アメリカ人で知ってる人は少ないからね。）下に降りて行って写真とった。一応セキュリティの人怖そうだから、「写真とってもいい？」っていったら、「ナンデ！？」みたいな不思議そうな顔してた。（笑）anyway. クリックしたら、拡大龍一さん見られるから。。昔から彼のコンポーズしたピアノとかよくひいていたので、とてもファンでした。

リハをみて盛り上がった私は、夜９時のショーということで気合いを入れて犬の散歩をかねて1時間も歩いてダウンタウン来たのに、セキュリティに「犬ダメ」いわれて、一貫の終わりでした。ちょっとだけ途中見たけどかなりアンビエントなパフォーマンスで、期待していたピアノパフォーマンスとかは少なかったよう。全部見られなくて残念でしたが、ショーの前にかなり一人で盛り上がっていたので、結構満足しました。（笑）現在朝４時です。今からオレゴンへ出発〜

After NYU Class, walking back to the station I saw a beautiful sunset in Times Sq. ...but It was kind of hard to captured the light as I see it with my eyes. Oh well. It was kind of funky sunset with all those neons. These days sunset in New York is beautiful.

Bachelorette party :夜の部

そうそう、週末はインターネットダウンでカスタマーサービスに怒鳴りました。恒例。I didn't have the Internet over the weekend, I had to call the provider and got upset as usual, I shouldn't waste my time with customer service any more in my life!

So, in the evening we went to eat dinner at the sea side restaurant and had sea foods such as scallops, soft shell crabs, white fish etc..... neat restaurant and bitchy waitress.




その後、プールサイドでワイン。MOTEL、ホラー映画に出てきそうなところ、格安で行ったので！シャンプーとか空いたやつが残ってたり。。冷蔵庫もなかったし。ワインもうがい用コップで飲んだよ。（笑）Motel we stayed at had a swimming pool, we had some wine at night with our plastic cups, yes!



My creative friends trying to play a prank on bride's room pretending a dude voice at 2am. However, budget inn was cheap enough all of their phones were not functioning!! 怖い話をした後に、ブライドのいた部屋にいたずら電話を仕掛ける友達。しかしMotelが安すぎたが、電話が作動せず。チーン！あー、楽しかった。

Bachelorette Party: 昼の部

I think previous entry which was about Nico's cone head got the most feed back ever! I am happy for Nico. hehehe. Update is her wound recovered pretty quick, (The point is shave the hair, guys!) and she is doing very well and ever.ニコの傷は完治に近く（はやっ！）元気にしとります。コメントをたくさんもらって、ニコも喜んでおります。読み聞かせましたから、ご安心ください。

As I promised! some photos from winery. I was away for my good friends' bachelorette party. It was the perfect weather and green grapes were happy to see all the girls! ロングアイランドのワイナリーへいってきました。ワインの試飲、が目的です。The phrase I learned is, "Did this go though secondary fomentation?"どす。セカンダリーフォーメンテーションがワインをmildにするらしい。

Then, we were off to beach! Very crowded but it was worth the weather. Played frisbee in the water, water was pretty warm. American beach is full of colors! ビーチへ立ち寄り、数時間ほどマッタリ。やっぱりたまには都会を離れないと！





突き当たるアメリカの現実、田舎にはマクドナルドしかない！American reality, girls partying at McDonald's!

NYUのクラスはバラエティに富む

New York Universityには、Continuing and Professional Studiesといって、仕事を始めてる人とか、大人の人が取るクラスがあります。それが私の今取ってるクラスなんだけど、このあいだ秋のクラスのカタログが届いて、ピロピロ見ているといろんなクラスがあるわー。

数学の恐怖を乗り越え、新しいキャリアを！、、、ってこんなタイトルNYUだからつけられるよね〜。

"Managing Emotions in the Workplace"
職場での感情コントロールまで教えてくれるの。すごいよね。笑　アメリカ人のEmotionも起伏が激しそうだなぁ。クラス覗いてみたい。

NYUは中国よりも先に、ドバイに大学作るそうで。世界のNYU、お金持ちのNYU、ですね。

２匹の犬と１匹の犬は手間が違う

これ、前日のご飯。今日はこれみながらソバ。この差！

さて、犬がもう１匹増えて１週間、すごーく長い１週間でした。。本当にひとんちの子を預かっているようなもんで、疲れました。仲が良いのですが、一日中一緒に遊ぶからさー見てるだけで疲れるんだよ。２匹犬もいいかなぁなんて夢を見た瞬間は崩れさりました。まー、２匹まったりした犬だったらいいかもだけど、ニコは普段おっとりしてても、この犬がくると遊びまくるんだよね〜。ほんと幼稚園児。とちょと１週間長かったんだけど気がつけば金曜日。

土日はまたバチュラレット・パーティーで、ワイナリーとビーチへ行くので、月曜日ファイナルだっつーのに今晩しか勉強するときないじゃん！なのにブログして、ららら〜な私です。ウフ。ようやく８クラスあったクラスが終わろうとしています。早く終わって普通の生活に戻って欲しい。本当、この仕事しはじめてから異様に読み物が多くなって、家でも会社にも読み切れていない資料や本が山積み！その上に宿題で読み物でたら、気が狂うっていうのだよ。

最近仕事なにしてるかって？ヘッジファンドの人にインタビューしようとアクセクしています。この作業、前の制作の仕事に似ていて、要はアポとって、取材。インタビュー。よくよくは何をプレゼンしたいかということを頭に入れて質問を考える作業は、似ています。足りないのは脳みそと知識です！がんばれさくら。

Nicoケガ！

にこちゃんと、ルナちゃん、仲良しこよし。Independence Dayに、夜遅くドッグパークに行ったときに、ピットぶるにケンカを売られて、普段けんかしないんだけど襲われたニコちゃん。２日くらいして、大きなかさぶたがほほにあることに気がつく。なんか普段のかさぶたと様子が違うので、獣医さんにつれてったら、ほほの毛を剃られる！毛の奥に傷が隠れていて、思ったよりも傷が大きく化膿していた。チーン＄580!高いんだよ獣医。

Nico and Luna are having so much fun past days. When we took Nico to the dog park on independence day late night, this pitbull came and start attacking her, we stopped them, and at that time we didn't recognize any wound. A few days later, we felt a big scab on her cheeks but we left it because she always gets scabs from wrestling, but this time the scab looked a little different and we decided to take her to the vet. They shaved part of her cheek and it turned out she had a big wound than we thought! She didn't have stitches but the wound was infected and it costed us $580!!! broke broke.

but look at her in the big cone!!! isn't she so adorable?? We kept laughing all night, it's priceless. ちょっと高かったけど、このコーン姿に爆笑し続け、（ごめんねニコ。）写真をとりまくり。かわいいでしょう？

We never thought we get this big ugly cone to our dog but now we do, it at least makes us laugh. このアホらしいヘルメットは絶対自分の犬には嫌だなあと思ってましたけど、意外にかわいく、ニコも気に入ってるし、面白いから、まいいか。早く治るといいね！！get better soon Nico!!!

Luna友達の、犬のような、甥のような

友達の犬を１週間ドッグシッターしています。ニコより１周り小さいんですけど、中型犬くらい？雑種で２人とも黒いので写真がとりづらい。ドッグパークの友達の犬で、彼は１週間ハワイ。今度ニコを預かってもらうかわりに彼の犬、「ルナ」の面倒を見ています。さすがに狭い家に大きい犬２匹いると、家が犬臭い！（笑）しかも最近雨で空気がむうっとしてるのでたまりません。

それにしても、ルナとニコは公園でいつも仲がいいんですが、うちにきても大はしゃぎ。まるで３歳児が２人いる感じで、一日中、ほんとに夜の１１時まで一日中遊んでいるんです。家で映画見てもずっと遊んでるし、ご飯食べてる時も遊んでるし。。。うるさい！（笑）彼氏に２人ちびっこ甥がいるんですけど、彼らを見てるのと同じ感じで、見てるだけでこっちが疲れてきます。まー、かわいいんですけどおもちゃの取り合いしたり。

お風呂あがると、いつもはニコに舐められるのを避けてたのが、今は２匹の犬から逃亡しなくてはいけないというサバイバル状態です。今週１週間、犬に囲まれた生活です。
