A week of smoothies
1週間スムージー週間でした。朝ね。おいしい!!フルーツ高いけど。。ベリー、バナナ、アボカド、ピーチ、マンゴー、などから適当にミックス。いつまで続くかな?
Have been making smoothies for a week. it's pretty good besides frozen berries are bit pricey. Want to continue at least a month and see if we feel healthier!?
