My friend from University, he always loved baking and I remember once we tried to set up cooking blog but unfortunately it didn't happen. He enjoys baking chiffon cake so much after he graduated, he went back to Japan and started his cake shop at this very nice old station in Aso, Kumamoto-prefecture. His chiffon cake is excellent and I believe he is expanding his menu these days. His shop at the station is very relaxing and you can hang out with him with a cup of tea and marvelous piece of chiffon cake. If you ever have a chance to visit Aso, this is a must go place! He needs to build English website soon.
大学時代の友人は、オレゴンから帰って熊本は阿蘇でシフォンケーキやさんを始めました。長陽駅という渋い駅の中にあります。景色は絶景、ケーキも最高にふわっふわ、行くと店長そうくんとの会話も楽しめる、はず。（ねえ、そうくん？）熊本に行く際は是非お立ち寄り下さい。本当に、大自然が広がっていて、最高！今頃彼のシフォンケーキは大学時代よりずっとおいしくなっているのではないかと、、想像するとよだれが出ます。写真をとるのも大好きな彼は、ウェブサイトの写真もとてもきれいです、みてね。
