Block Festival、小学校の祭り？

近所の小学校がお祭りしてました。NYCって、校庭みたいな広いところがないからか？学校の前の道を封鎖して、お祭りします。楽しそうでつい、参加したくなるような、、上の写真はロッククライミング。

Sunday I saw a festival hosted by elementary school nearby us. They just blocked the entire street and had different kind of attractions for kids. Usually in Japan we do similar thing at school but they use school property to do this, but I guess NYC schools do not have enough space.

これは野球。いいよねぇ、子供だったらめっちゃ楽しいよね。

Many different attractions which seemed very fun! I wish we could have joined....why can't adult do this!?

こんなかんじで、たくさん催し物が置いてある。髪の毛染めてくれたり、帽子とかかぶりものをうっていたり、お菓子うってたり、などなど。

Kids were dying hair, painting faces, wearing wigs, seems like they were having a lots of fun.
