Florist

This weekend, we went to visit our friend & great talented florist Nikki. She is Brian's old friend and has been doing flowers for a while, She was even on New York Times recently... anyway. I was excited to visit her and hopefully she will do our wedding flower :) I don't know if you remember but she also is the one who made the flower for Valentine's day. I love her natural flower arranging style! On the way to Nikki's we stopped at this cafe in Williamsburg, very williamsburg... I like it though. Good coffee. many hip people. Cute little coffee shops are one of my favorites in NYC. 今週の土曜日は、ブライアンの長い友人兼、フローリストのニッキに会いに。彼女に結婚式の花をやってもらおうと思ってます。最近急に有名になったらしく、New York Timesや、こっちのマガジンにも出て、忙しいらしい。そりゃそうです、本当かわいいフラワーアレンジメントするんです。これは才能と言うしかない。グーグルしてみたら、彼女のかわいいおうちも大好きなデザインブログに特集されてたし。こんなに色々壁に無造作にものを飾っても、決められる人は中々居ません。「こういうお花が好き」っていう写真を、ある日見た適当な雑誌の写真を持ってったら「あれ、これ写ってるの私の友達」とNikki。NYせますぎ〜。ブログコミュニティはもっと狭い。時代は変わっていく。。
