ビール腹バレーボール、Volley Ball Lunch Time

My work is located near wall street, more finance related companies. When it's nice out you can see dudes are playing volley ball with their shirts off during lunch time. Some of them are very sexy but some of them... why do you have to show off your beer belly!? anyway, it is nice that people can hangout near by the water, very relaxing to have lunch outside. My office is the building on the right.

私の会社は金融街のウォールストリート付近、WTCの隣です。夏になるとすぐみんな会社の外に出てランチしたりビール飲んだりする。かっこいい数名のマッチョを外に、殆どはびーるっぱら全開のおじさん、裸でバレーボール、別に脱がなくていいんですが？私の会社は右のビルです。

This is stone street, a bit walk from the office. Sometimes come here for lunch. This block is very cute somehow, with Europeanish buildings along the street. Also cobble stones are left on the street. People come out here for drinks during summer. Isn't it a cute street?

上は、ストーンストリートといって、昔からの石畳の道が残る。（馬用）そこに夏になるとレストランがテーブルを出してご覧の通り。ここは観光名所にもなってるので、観光客も多いけど、ウォールストリートの人たちがお昼はランチするところです。

These are the ships in front of the office. They come when summer season starts. I hear they pay more than $3000 for the parking ships!!! Always wondering who own those........... I don't know anyone in my circle. hahaha.

会社の前は夏になると、高級クルーザーやヨットが泊まる。今年も景気悪そうで、毎年のように同じボートが戻ってくる。セイリングのクラスもやってる。停泊料金は月に３０万以上というので、、、、家賃より高いんですけど？まあ、駐車場でも市内は月に６万は普通なのである意味make sense、ですが。一体どこに世の中そんな金が！！
