I had to return my friends' RICOH GR camera. so now I am thinking to get my own camera. After using GR for a while, I liked it but it is pretty slow for AUTO mode, and I shoot AUTO a lot. If you are somebody who likes to sit and shoot a perfect photo manually, it is a good camera I think. I am deciding between CANON G9 or LUMIX DMC LX-3. but... I don't think the LUMIX one is released in USA yet... :( my boyfriend is recommending me to get canon, I went to take a look at it today, it was smaller than I was imagining, which was good. Any user opinions...?

I have a Canon PowerShot G7 and I love it. I would suggest getting the G9. I have had good experiences with all my Canon cameras. Just my thoughts. Hope it helps you choose a camera.

G９友達持ってるけど、あんまり良くないよ。
パナは、後で広角のレンズアダプターとか付けれて楽しそうだけど、
やっぱGRがいいのにな〜。
