Did New York City Apt Price go Down?

I wanted to research if the apt prices are going down in my area, East Village. Also possible moving from our apt right now. We lived here for almost 3 years and we don't have that big problem besides our loud neighbour. Apt price is def. going down right now a bit, such as free 1 month, no fees etc. Broker said though it's just until the end of the year and real estate market will adjust really quick again by next year. ( I am not sure if that's true,,,I mean, they have to rent out apts. asap) Anyway, I looked at 3 apt yesterday and seems like price is going down but again, I was surprised how small and expensive NYC apt's are. Above unit is a bit smaller than our current place, nicer building etc. and it's around $2400. Small kitchen!!! I hate that.

Above apt. was pretty nice. 1.5 bath room, real 1 bed room with a lot of storage space, and fire place, fire escape, laundry room every floor, but it's all carpet. and it was $2600 without Fee. I guess not bad for what it is. Very nice building too.

マーケットが悪いので、アパートの値段下がってるかなーと思って、３月でアパートの契約も切れるので下見に行きました。４件くらいしか見なかったけど、まー、ちょっと値段は下がってた。普通はNYのアパートは、ブローカー（仲介人）を通して探すと、１ヶ月の家賃をデポジットする他にも、年間の家賃の30倍くらいの年収がないといけないとか（そんな若者はなかなかいないので、みんな保証人をつける）家賃１年分の15%を手数料として払うとか、引っ越しはすごく高いのです。

最初の写真のアパートは、今のうちより少しせまいけど、いいビルで（ドアマン付き）ランドリーとかも各フロアにあり（ないところもある）月$2400くらい。キッチンもせまいし、収納もないし。。それが結構普通なんだけどね。最後にみたところはなかなか良くて、ビルもよい、ドアマンつき、ランドリーもあり、本当の1ベッドルーム。無理矢理１ベッドルームを２ベッドルームにしてるところとかもよくありますので、ここは本当広い。収納もあって、本物の暖炉も！良くないのはカーペット、というところ。これがフロアだったらもっと高いだろうなぁ。このアパートで$2600くらい、手数料なし。

やっぱり値段は微妙におちてるけど、今の家より多少多く払ったところで、格段によくなるという訳ではないし、やっぱり引っ越しにはお金がかかるのでもう１年ここに住むことになりそうです〜。早くほんとのベッドルームがある家に住みたい！！！
