One thing I REALLY don't like is... lining up at grocery stores in Manhattan. There are only few good groceries stores around me and there are always long line! For example, above is today's whole foods at 7pm. There are about 50 cashiers (I counted) and the line wraps around the entire floor.... usually it goes fast but still you have to line up for 15min. or so! what a waste......... This moment I turn back to angry stressed New Yorker. Sigh...
NYCの買い物（なんていうの、普段の食料品のかいものね）事情は最悪、近くには良いスーパーが２カ所しかなく、他にもあるんだけど、肉とか食べたらあたりそうな感じで、差が激しい訳です。しかし、良いスーパーはいつも行列！上の写真も今日の７時、駅の近くのWhole Foodsっていうスーパー。５０人くらいキャッシャーいるけど、店１周しちゃう列。。。げそーってかんじでしょう。
他のスーパーとかは、もっと人気で、店に入るの人数制限されてたりするわけ、げんなり。まじでNYCにいて一番いけてない瞬間です。たぶん住んでるところが都会すぎるんだな。。他に引っ越せばいいんだろうけど。。それにしてもスーパーで１５分とか並ばなきゃいけないなんて、かわいそうだと思いません？
