Moving! 引っ越します。

We are moving! yes... we have been thinking about it past few years and we actually just started looking for the place last Sunday. Monday was holiday so we did look at 4-5 apartments and we had no luck. When we came back from the all-day long tiring apt search, we found this posting on the craigslist and it was exactly where we wanted to move! I called the realtor and luckily the broker was around the site, he showed us the place around 7pm, and we decided to take it yesterday. What a Martin Luther King holiday!

We did spend a lot of time last year to find a place but our search was not success and we did not think the timing was right. We waited for a year and we've decided to move on although we have affection to this apt which we have almost lived for 4 years! Part of the reason was I really wanted a separate bed room, I got tired of climbing up and down our loft bed. It is hard to clean, no privacy, ... It looks cool and efficient space use though def. Originally our plan was to move on March 1st but we are moving the end of this month! We will update more on the new place once we get a key!

アパート探しを週末に本格的に始めた、と思ったら見つけました。去年も探して見つからず、ここ数年引っ越したいとしばらく考えてたので、お金はかかりますが嬉しい！場所は今のところからそんなに離れていませんが、１ベッドルームで今度は16階！そんなに高いところに住む予定は全くなかったのですが、これはたまたま。普通は高いアパート程値段も高いのですが、ここはリーズナブルだったというラッキー。３月頭に引っ越す予定だったのが、いろいろ事情で今月末に引っ越す事になり、ドタバタなりそうです、パッキングしないとやばい。まぁ、近いので結構簡単に終わりそう。そんなに大きな家具もないし。とにかくお金かかるので、、貯金せねば。ちなみに家賃は気持ち安くなってますが、まだ全然高く、探している最中には強制撤去で差し押さえられた物件もいくつかあり、そう言うところにはドアに警察のステッカーが貼ってあり「立ち入り禁止」となっているので、最初はなにか殺人事件でもあったのかと思い驚きました。やっぱまだ景気悪いわ。
