A Happy New Year to everyone!! Finally we came back from Grand Turk... It was such a wonderful vacation, quiet, peaceful and not doing anything vacation! We were supposed to come back on 1/1 but of course things happened, airline suffered us but in the end it was all good.
If you don't know where we were, we were on this island called Grand Turk, 2-3hours away from Florida. We flew from NYC-Georgea, Atlanta-Providenciales-Grand Turk. It is a small island, everyone know everyone, (even smaller than Eugene!) Everyone was very nice, friendly and helpful. We knew we picked not resorty place but we did not know that it was such a quiet place like that. They have one of the most beautiful beaches but you rarely see any people on the beach... which surprised me most! It is such a strange feeling to not have people around on the beach just because I am not used to it. Most of the time we had the beautiful beach all to ourselves, what a luxurious experience don't you think?
