Cooking Fish

I decided to cook a fish few days ago. I hardly cook it because fish are really expensive to buy here besides you make a trip to china town. This fish was $16!!!! at whole foods. What a fish. It was too big to fit in my pan, I had to chop its tail off.

魚がさばけないので、お店の人に頼んだら、ハサミで腹をきり、ホースの水ではらわたきれいにしてたよ。。。早く自分で魚をさばく勉強をしようと思いました。
