When we went to Amsterdam in September, on the very last day we picked a nice restaurant and had oyster for appetizer... and they were great! since then we were talking about going to Oyster bar in NYC which surprisingly I have never been to, so we did! Originally we were going to the famous Grand Central Oyster Bar but after we researched, we came up few better reviewed places so we went to Pearl Oyster Bar in the west village. They had amazing fresh oysters.. thin crispy french fries... and very simple but gorgeous grilled vegetables and we had great clams. (Yes, everything was perfect!) Especially after pre-gaming at some photo party, we were a little bit tipsy and everything tasted even better I think... at the end of the dinner somehow I slipped off from the chair and surprised everyone, believe me I wasn't that drunk! anyway, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the city.
アムステルダムいったときに、最後の夜にとてもいいレストランにいって、アパタイザーにおいしい牡蠣を食べました。（その時は一人１個だけ）それからずっと「オイスターだー！」と言い続けて、ようやく金曜日の夜にオイスターバーに行ってきました。最初は有名なグランドセントラルにあるバーに行こうかと思ってたんですが、リサーチの結果ここがおいしいということで、ウエストビレッジにあるオイスターバーへ！写真みたら分かると思いますけど、かなりフレッシュで、他のご飯やデザートもおいしくて良かったです。もっと食べたかった、、６人で行って、シャンパンとか色々頼んだけど一人$35だったって安くない？高いロブスターとか頼まなかったからかな。
最後の方に、なぜか私椅子から落ちてひっくり返りまして、（なんでか本当に分からない）レストランの人に笑われました。すごいせまい場所だったし、、そんなにひっくり帰る程酔っぱらってないし、、後ろの席の人にも心配された、お恥ずかしい。しかも椅子落ちる前に、前に座ってた友達が、机にひじをつこうとして、机からがくって肘がはずれたのをみて、けらけら笑ってたら私が椅子から落ちたんだよね。ばちがあたったかな。anyway.ごはんおいしかった、また牡蠣食べたい！
