Storm and I didn't die

I knew something was real off! Last night while I was chatting with my Japanese friends peacefully at home, I heard horrible horrible rain storm and thunder! I am usually not scared of thunder but this time, oh men it was serious!! so next morning I looked at the news and heard more than hundreds of trees got destroyed in Central Park! worst damage ever in recent history... phew! Thanks for my computer not letting me go outside... I was debating if I should walk Nico outside that point. I could have been dead... Actually, Thunder is one of the top natural disaster which kills people in the United States. Did you know?

普段は雷なんてこわくないですが、昨晩は本当に、雷が家を縦に割るんじゃないか、みたいな音がして、びびってたのです。そして、今朝ニュースをみると、セントラルパークの木々が１００本以上もダメージを受けたというじゃありませんか！！まじ災害。１時間ぐらいの嵐だったと思うんだけど、、最大風速110kmとかじゃ、新幹線もびっくり！、、、しないか。
